The Boroughs by StreetSide is a three-phase masterplan community in South Surrey. Through illustration and story-inspired language the audience is invited to choose their own adventure within this community. A unique icon has been created for each of the three phases and when combined they form the icon for the masterplan community logo. The brochure was designed to be modular to allow for maximum flexibility in showcasing each of the three phases within the community.
